Family Law Paralegal/Assistant Remote

Our office is seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Paralegal to join our team! We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with the option to work remotely (unless there was a task that truly required presence) for experienced candidates who are responsible, self-starters, and require no training beyond firm logistics.

Requirements:

Experience in Family Law (court filings, pleadings, discovery, client communication, case management)

Self-starter with strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from start to finish

Proficiency in legal drafting and case preparation

Detail-oriented and capable of managing deadlines

Remote candidates must be experienced and reliable

Bilingual is a plus
