Criminal Defense Attorney

Attorney wanted for a small criminal defense firm based in Los Angeles. Attorney will be working directly with the Office and get good experience of the entire process, no experience necessary. Training will be provided for all duties. A company car will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Appear in court as necessary

Conduct preliminary hearings and possibly trials

Prepare documents for the court, district attorney, and police departments

Work with case managers to assess potential client's cases

Provide ongoing communication and updates with clients

Summarize case strategies for file

Other duties as needed by the office

Hours:

Flexible, approx 40 hours per week
