DC Systems Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a DC Systems Support Specialist to join our growing team in Royal Palm Beach, FL. Job Description:

-As a DC Systems Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting the day-to-day operations of our customer base. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of all manufacturers and systems we sell, working closely with our vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for power inverters, we carry over 50 different manufacturers, selling systems to customers.

-Assist with the technical support of renewable energy equipment.

-Help customers make decisions based on their needs of manufacturers and systems for on grid and off grid systems.

-Proactively resolve issues with customers if they are having issues with a system or unit we sold them.

-Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.

-Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to get sales and help the customer with any issues they may come across.

Qualifications:

-Some experience in technical support, we can train you on a lot of what we do.

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

-Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
