w2 full time flat roofing wprkers

We are currently hiring 3-4 full time roofers. We can train the right people if you have no experience but if you are experienced in flat roofing you will make more. We need ONLY w2 employees of our business. NO SUBS allowed. We are looking to hire full time for this position and build an in house team for long term relationships. Pay will be very good. Must have own transportation, phone, hand tools and be drug free. We don't need the typical roofer with court on Monday, probation on Tuesday, drinking by 1pm type.
