Attorney or Paralegal Needed – Flat Fee Per File

Looking for a serious, hard-working attorney or paralegal specializing or experience in Real Estate, surplus funds recovery filings and motions, foreclosures, and probate claims. We offer consistent business and need someone dependable, efficient, and easy to communicate with.

We are wiling to also give files that may not require attorney or paralegal such as tax deed sales surplus funds which sometimes can be a simple 1 page form. Reason is because we want a long term partnership with someone we can rely on so we can keep expanding!

We also would want to offer partnership to oversee processing of files in other states if you'd like to "consult " and offer your review of other bigger files, wed be willing to pay a little extra for that too if that's something you'd be interested in.
