This position includes a variety of responsibilities, such as kitchen support, food preparation, and serving customers, all while ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. You will collaborate closely with other Bistro staff and front desk personnel to provide high-quality food and beverage experiences. Key Responsibilities:Food Preparation: Assist in preparing food items according to standardized recipes, ensuring quality and consistency in presentation.Cooking: Cook food to the proper temperature and maintain appropriate food safety and sanitation standards.Serving: Take orders from customers and serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Provide helpful guidance on menu offerings and respond knowledgeably to any questions.Bartending: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and service area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and following sanitation protocols.Team Collaboration: Work closely with Bistro staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.Inventory Management: Assist in stocking inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies, and report any shortages to management.Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, address their inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.Adherence to Policies: Follow all food safety guidelines, health regulations, and company policies at all times.
