Part-time Daytime Cleaner - $35 hr

Well known and established company is looking for an experienced "part-time" cleaner to perform janitor duties at one office location in Papillion. We want someone (or a small cleaning company) who is dependable, honest and motivated to work and can work alone.

This will be a contractor (1099) position. It is daytime work, one hour on Mondays and Wednesdays and 2 hours on Friday. The person / company selected will earn $140 every week and paid $280 every 2 weeks (not as an employee, but as a contractor, which means you will have to deal with your own federal and state taxes.

Need to have a dependable car, driver's license and no felonies. Must be able to pass a background check.
