Take-Out, Prepared Foods, Counter Person / Manger

Manage store front. Maintain cleanliness, organize and stock merchandiser refrigerators, freezers, display shelving, prepared foods sales area, behind counter area. Input food expiration date log. Take orders via phone and in person. Engaging with customers to promote sales is a must. Must have at a minimum basic food knowledge with ingredients and preparation methods. Approximately 25-30 hours a week, mostly day work.
