Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are on the lookout for a proficient Front Desk Coordinator in the administrative industry, situated in Boulder, Colorado. This role provides a short-term contract employment opportunity. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will manage multiple administrative tasks, including handling a multi-line phone system and providing concierge services. Responsibilities: Efficiently manage the front desk, ensuring smooth operations Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and issues promptly Handle and organize files systematically Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiently in executing tasks Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records Operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls as necessary Provide concierge services, enhancing customer experience Leverage your strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. Requirements Proven experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or similar role with a minimum requirement of one year. Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks including data entry and organizing files. Experience with answering multi-line phone systems, demonstrating effective communication skills. Familiarity with providing concierge services, showcasing a commitment to excellent customer service. Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to foster positive relationships with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to provide top-notch customer service, handling client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and patience. Strong organizational skills, able to effectively manage files and records. Excellent data entry skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
