Bodhi Bakery specializes in laminated croissants, long fermented sourdough breads, cakes and about 30 other varieties of pastry and desserts.

We sell at Mcminnville, Salem, Albany, Corvallis Farmers markets weekly and also have a retail location at our bakery and a full service cafe in Corvallis which we supply daily. We are consistently recognized as one of the best bakeries in the Willamette Valley and in 2022 we won Top of the Valley for Best Bakery and 2023 and 2024 Best Bakery in the Willamette Valley.

We are very busy, nicely equipped, clean, and have a positive work environment which is supportive and inclusive.

Experienced bakers starting pay is $15-$19 per hour based on experience and level of commitment you are able to make to our growing business. Lots of room for growth with our company.

Additional opportunity to work farmers market booths and earn great additional pay and tips.

Shifts are typically 3:45am-Noon and 7am-2:30pm daily. Plus NEW afternoon baking shifts.
