Do you have a little leadership experience and want the opportunity to further your career in an entry-level retail store management position? You will help with daily store operations, drive team goals, and jump in wherever needed to get the job done! Whether running the register, sorting or pricing merchandise, or reporting on metrics; you will need a positive attitude and leadership skills. We are a nonprofit, social service agency dedicated to improving the lives of all people by providing skill-building programs and services needed to help remove common barriers to good jobs and independence. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STORE TEAM LEAD
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role
High school diploma/GED
Exceptional customer service skills
