You will build the following:

metal frame to support the appliances and cabinet/countertop in the sketch above.

metal frame to support the center island as indicated in the sketch

cover with cement board

laydown the tiles

install the appliances

✅ Metal Stud Framing to accomodate drop-in bbq grill and appliances such as under mount refrigerator, drawers, pull-out trash can, etc.

✅ Drywall Installation

✅ Tile Installation
