Maintenance - Handyman

Full-time: Maintenance - Handyman to perform preventative maintenance and repair of the building interior and exterior experience in painting for under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. Adhere to the preventative maintenance program for the Community. Perform minor maintenance replacement and repair of areas of painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring and minor building repairs through daily work orders as long as a permit is not required to conduct the job, Report any and all problems, including items that may not be in the list of responsibilities to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
