Looking for a experienced residential painter , to understand the concept of prep work, caulking puttying and sanding if needed. Looking for a skilled craftsman must be able to cut a clean straight line be able to roll walls without holidays and track marks spray experience is helpful, any carpentry experience will go a long way. Need to have some of your basic hand tools, be able to do simple drywall repairs patch holes skim and point up .Must have good reliable transportation and be able to speak and understand English.
