Part-Time Teachers & Community Builders Wanted: Emotional Versatility

Are you passionate about promoting cultural evolution? We are a small growing non-profit

focused on emotional intelligence in service of human society and the climate crisis. We seek 4 part-time (ten hours a week) female and male teachers to help our team grow a like-minded and emotionally versatile community. Our mission is to raise consciousness of all our emotions to improve relationships and act conscientiously for a better world.

Our regular offerings and prior teacher training include:

1. Co-led Relationship Mending mini workshops with awareness practice.

2. Monthly community discussion gatherings.

3. Monthly 3-emotions Saturday workshops.

4. 5 Emotional Versatility workshops with 9 emotions readings and awareness practice.

Specialized offerings with prior training include:

1. Emotion-focused Men’s Work Class with awareness practice.

2. Nature Experience with creative adult play practices.

3. Dream Work group.

Locations:

Santa Cruz for developing initial offerings.

Online and Hybrid packages spread nationwide to English and other language speakers.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate small classes and group workshops (in-person and later online).

Teach according to prepared materials. Record noteworthy experiences for program growth.

Collaborate with others to develop initial and additional programs.

Attend training sessions and team meetings.

Attract and support customers and volunteers to expand the Institute community.

Qualifications:

Teaching experience (formal or informal).

Background in psychology, mental health, or education preferred.

Proximity to Santa Cruz.

Activists dedicated to promoting a movement toward building a better world.
