Here's the straight deal My name is Stephen Ryan and I am building my team right now! This is for my personal insurance agency. (MTH Insurance Group LLC).

What it's NOT: I'm not an A.I., "Bot," recruiter, scammer, or phony. This is a real deal, right now, opportunity to partner with me and build your own insurance agency following a step-by-step , "In a box with a bow on it!" proven system.

Now, who are we looking for? Individuals with excellent communication skills! We’re seeking enthusiastic, positive, and energetic people with an entrepreneurial mindset, looking for the freedom of a fully remote role.

What we're not looking for: Pessimism, a need for constant supervision, or people who dislike interacting with others or feel uncomfortable using the phone.

What we do: Assist incoming clients online or via phone, helping them explore the insurance options they are eligible for.

What we DON’T do: No assigned territories, no upfront fees, no fixed working hours, no cold calling, and no chasing family or friends for leads.

Is this you?

Couple of "Must haves"

You HAVE TO bring me some real-world experience in sales or customer service. If you can walk the walk and talk the talk, we can level you up together, but I need you to already "know the ropes."

You HAVE TO be well spoken and have no fear or hesitation to jump on the phone with clients and carriers alike.

And lastly:

You HAVE TO be technologically proficient and comfortable. You don't have to know my systems, but you have to bring the typing, email, web browsing, word processing basics and a willingness to learn. If you are quick on the uptake, and like to learn, please make it known when you apply.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
