We are looking for a Kitchen Leader! Established menus (Lunch/Dinner, Brunch, Catering)

Looking for a strong person to implement and direct a small staff. We do catering (on premise and off) as well as small intimate gatherings and large parties. BUSY HIGH VOLUME ITALIAN RESTAURANT!

The Candidate must have a common sense approach to ordering, scheduling, P&L, and makes sure that food safety standards are adhered to. Passionate about food and presentation.

The Chef is the boss in the kitchen; he/she does not only cook food but also leads other kitchen workers, and determines the quantity of food that will be needed within a particular time frame. Sanitation Standards adhered to!

He/she makes sure that the kitchen is well-organized at all times.
