Job Developer/Employment Specialist Help People Find Jobs, Make $

I am seeking POWERHOUSE, SALES MINDED individuals to assist me in finding employment opportunities for justice impacted job seekers. Do you have what it takes?

I have a contract with a large, national, re-entry services provider with hundreds of candidates. I also have a significant job bank that I can share with you. If you have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be compassionate and firm and always maintaining confidentiality, are energetic, enjoy helping people and love getting paid for it, than you may be the person I'm looking for. This position is hybrid and would give you the opportunity to work from home a couple of days per week and offers a very high earning potential.

Basic position responsibilities would include:

Treating all clients, and employees with kindness, respect, and dignity

Meting with candidates conducting employment assessments

Referring candidates to available opportunities that will hire them.

Professional & Personal Qualifications:

Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

A positive attitude

Knowledge of community and job search resources

Ability to solve problems, make decisions, resolve conflicts and listen

Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus but not required

Ability to deal calmly in crisis situations.

Maturity, integrity, and sound judgment

This opportunity will provide immediate income to the right candidate

Work an average of 20hrs/wk
