Taco Maker @ El Sancho - Crux Food Cart & Catering Crew

We are hiring one full time employee at the El Sancho food cart at Crux Fermentation Project and three part time staff to work on our catering and events crew this summer.

The primary duty of the job will consist of making tacos as fast as you can but also setup/breakdown of the cart, talking to customers, and doing dishes at the end of the day.

Our systems are very dialed and easy to learn but food cart or restaurant experience is preferred. This is a seasonal job but there is a possibility to find placement at one of the El Sancho restaurants in the fall/winter if you're looking for year round employment.

Open availability and being able to work weekends and evening hours (ending around 11pm) are a must.

Base pay DOE plus equal tip share ($10-$13/hr) for ALL positions, insurance benefits after 90 days, matching 4% 401k for full time after 1 year, vacation time, shift meal and drink, and free merch round out our compensation package.
