Mechanic & Shop Assistant for Rental Car Fleet – $20/hr (Lansdowne, PA)

Compensation: $20/hour

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to assist with our rental car fleet at Real McKoy Auto in Lansdowne, PA. While some basic mechanic work (brakes, rotors, oil changes) is required, the primary role will be keeping the shop clean, picking up parts, and helping with vehicle upkeep.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Shop Maintenance: Cleaning, organizing tools, and keeping the workspace in top shape

✅ Parts Pickup: Driving to local suppliers to pick up needed parts

✅ Light Mechanical Work: Assisting with basic repairs like brakes, rotors, and oil changes

✅ Vehicle Upkeep: Ensuring our rental cars are in good condition

What We’re Looking For:

️ Must have a valid driver’s license (required for parts pickup)

️ Someone reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently

️ Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus (but not required)

️ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
