Lawn care technician

Mowing and trimming most days using zero turn mowers. Other days will include mulching, pruning, spraying weeds, planting, snow removal, hardscaping.

Pay rate will vary between $17-19/hr to start. Raises will be given accordingly. Pay will be above $20/hr if you can prove yourself, be respectful, be willing to learn, show up on time, do a good job, all the normal "adult" stuff.

401k with company match, 2 pto days after 90 days, 1 week vacation after a year. 2 weeks after 3 years. Unemployment during the winter months.

Good combination of commercial and residential accounts. We stay busy. Great team environment, smaller company, but enough work to keep all going for the season. Snow removal during winter months along with maintenance.

Must be able to get to work daily and have reliable transportation. Must be a team player and willing to follow directions and be a part of the family. Show respect for each other and the clients.

No experience necessary but need to have a great attitude.
