Office Assistant

This is a part time position that will be responsible for assisting the office manager in daily activities. This includes, but is not limited to, heavy data entry, filing, scheduling, minor accounting work, some phones, light office cleaning / organizing.

Required

The right individual MUST have a good attitude and the ability to multitask while enduring many interruptions throughout the shift.

The right individual must be flexible and able to switch between tasks as needed.

This right individual must be reliable and have excellent attention to detail.

Also, must be a good listener and instruction follower.

Basic Microsoft office skills are also a must.

Physical demands

Must have the ability to put away supplies and may help with small projects in the parts room or outdoors on an as needed basis.

Compensation

$17.00 per hour
