Auto Collision Estimator/Salesperson/Service Writer

THE ESTIMATOR / SALESPERSON HAS THE FOLLOWING WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

Great employees and employment start with open and honest communication We are replacing a 3-year office estimator/salesman who has been a big part of our success.

§ Respect all leads and follow the MAACO Telephone Track to assure prospect appointments with a minimum show rate.

§ Learn and adapt to our business and production flow which has led us to become the number 1 body shop in North America

§ Afford all customers courteous treatment, provide a fair and honest written estimate, and set reasonable expectations for our services using ‘Total Honest Communication’ to assure customer satisfaction.

§ Interact with Trade and Insurance accounts to assure prompt and courteous service.

§ Work to attain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales objectives of the center as defined by management.

§ Participate in outside or special sales events as set by management.

Maintain a professional and neat personal appearance.

§ Track his/her daily and weekly performance and be prepared to review with owner.

Function as a member of the MAACO team working closely with the other estimators on staff.

§ Follow-up on all telephone appointments, service appointments, and estimates promptly.

§ Recycle estimates in order to capture more sales.

§ Deliver vehicles to assure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat sales.

Proficiency with CCC One, and Audatex, estimating systems

Familiarity with various insurance direct repair guidelines

I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus

Honestly, we are looking to replace and willing to train the right person for the position. If I look back, the person we are replacing is what we are looking for. Someone that can maintain a professional attitude with a willingness to work with others utilizing the company assets to achieve our goals at high level.

50-hour work week we close at 5:30 and we mean it

1 week vacation a year paid holiday. We do not offer health benefits
