CTEC TAX PREP /EA/CPA for WealthWise Tax Advisors

WealthWise Tax Advisors are looking for professionals at all levels of experience, from 1+ years of experience in Taxation for the upcoming tax season (Now – April 15th, 2025).

Tax Preparer Requirements for all levels:

Prior experience with Drake software is REQUIRED

- Conduct efficient and accurate tax interviews, all while creating a positive, memorable experience for the customer.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail.

- Ability to follow detailed procedures.

- Ability to work independently and respond to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.

- Work is mainly performed in an office setting using a computer and phone.

- The ability to work some evenings and weekends is desired.

- Flexibility with working hours to meet deadlines is desired.

- Consistent punctuality and dependability.

- Superior client service skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

- Able to work with minimum supervision.

- Must have legal status to work in the US in the job applied for.

1. Tax preparer: Entry Level (1 – 2 year’s experience)

- Input data to tax software

- Preparing Individual Tax returns -1040, Schedule A, B, 1099 Div, Int

- Current CTEC/PTIN

2. Tax preparer: (3 - 5 years’ experience)

- Will consider CPA's, EAs with 1+ years of experience

- Experience or demonstrated knowledge in preparation of individual tax returns with form 1040, Schedule A, B, C, D, and E.

Soft skills:

Communication Skills - Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English

Sense of urgency, responsibility & accountability when working with customers

Ability to independently manage the office on a designated schedule

Ability to lead in tax-related webinars and presentations to customers

Analytics and Problem-solving skills

Can do attitude
