Logistics Coordinator / Warehouse Operations Specialist (Part-Time)

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our warehouse and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving & Processing: Efficiently receive, process, and store incoming stock and materials.

2. Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely stock updates.

3. Order Fulfillment: Pack and ship orders promptly and accurately to meet customer needs.

4. Warehouse Equipment Operation: Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and more.

5. Light Assembly: Perform light assembly work as needed for product preparation.

6. Workplace Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.

7. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs safely.

Requirements:

1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

3. Must be comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

4. Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required.

5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

6. Self-starter, must be able to see work that needs doing a complete it efficiently

Position Details:

1. Type: Part-Time (25-35 hours per week)

2. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexible scheduling available)

3. Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
