Shipping & Receiving Clerk – ALLIANCE Aviation Parts & Repair

Location: On-site – Small Warehouse (Expanding to a Larger Facility)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

ALLIANCE is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our growing aviation parts and repair business. As a critical part of our warehouse operations, you will ensure accurate shipping and receiving of high-value aviation parts while maintaining organization and efficiency.

We operate as a close-knit team, so strong communication skills and teamwork are essential. While prior aviation or FAA-related experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing aviation parts shipments with accuracy.

Inventory Support: Assist with part organization, ensuring all items are properly labeled and accounted for.

Quality Control: Verify part numbers, serial numbers, and documentation to prevent costly errors.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, sales, and repair teams to ensure smooth operations.

Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and efficient workspace as we transition to a larger facility.

✅ Preferred (but not required):

Previous experience in aviation parts, shipping/receiving, or warehouse logistics.

Knowledge of FAA regulations and industry compliance (a plus, but not required).

Forklift certification or experience handling heavy shipments.

Familiarity with inventory systems (AVpro, Salesforce, Quantum, or similar software).
