Neubauer Mental Health Services is seeking an experiencedMedical Billerwith specialized

expertise inoutpatient behavioral health claims. If you have a strong background in medical

Position Details:

 Job Type:Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

 Location:Some potential to work from home after a 90-day probationary period,

contingent upon demonstrated effectiveness

 Compensation:Open pay range, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

 Process and submitoutpatient behavioral health claimsusing anEHR system

 Post payments and perform reconciliations

 Verify patienteligibility and benefits

 Communicate withinsurance companies, healthcare administrators, and patientsto

resolve billing issues

 Receive and return incoming calls from both existing patients contacting main office line

as well as answer live calls from potential incoming patients.

 Ensure accuracy and compliance with all billing regulations

Qualifications:

 Minimum 2 years of experiencein medical billing, specifically foroutpatient

behavioral healthcare

 Proficiency withEHR systemsand billing software

 Strong understanding of insurance processes, claims submission, and payment

reconciliation

 Excellent communication skills for interacting with payers and patients

 Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
