Are you a motivated and customer-focused leader with retail management experience? Our well-established smoke shop, serving the community for over 45 years, is looking for a Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures

Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service

Maintain inventory, order stock, and track sales trends

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Create a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for customers

Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales

Qualifications:

Previous retail management experience required (smoke shop, convenience store, or similar preferred)

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Knowledge of tobacco, vape, glassware, and related products a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Must be at least 21 years old
