Machine Operator Needed

Adecco is currently hiring for a Machine Operator in the Hamilton, NJ area. We are seeking reliable individuals with a strong work ethic to join a manufacturing team. Responsibilities:

Operate automated production machinery.

Inspect products on a continuous flow production line.

Perform light product assembly (hand assembly of parts).

Assemble boxes, apply labels, and fill out production logs.

May assist in training new employees on day-to-day operations under supervision.

Other tasks as assigned (duties are subject to change based on business needs).

Physical work; operators are on their feet approximately 80% of the shift.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred (e.g., pick/pack, etc.).

Experience in operating machinery is a plus but not required (training provided).

Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and integrity.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to stand, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, reach with arms, and talk or hear.

Frequently required to lift/move up to 35 pounds.

Pay Rate: $21.32/hour
