Bartenders and Bar-backs are needed for a Mediterranean Restaurant

Little Rascal is a Nolita staple since 2012 featuring classic Mediterranean cuisine with a world class cocktail program.

We are immediately hiring Bartenders and Bar-backs to join our team.

Bartender musts:

-At least 3 years of active bartender experience with a craft cocktail focus

-Stellar personality, positive attitude

-Wine and Craft cocktail knowledge.

-Classic Cocktail knowledge

-Ability to produce creative ideas for research and development is a plus

Barback musts:

-At least 2 years of experience.

-Stellar personality, positive attitude

-Attention to detail

-comfortable working in a high volume environment

-food running, table bussing skills

-following recipes for signature cocktail preparation

-Mediterranean cuisine experience is a plus
