Omakase Chef needed in Boston downtown district

We're looking to hire a NYC Omakase Chef in our Boston Omakase restaurant, Wa Shin.

We're looking for someone that has over 10 years of sushi chef experience and 5+ years with Omakase experience.

Our Executive Chef was mentored by Master Chef Daisuke Nakazawa - the protege of the world-renowned Jiro Ono, one of the greatest sushi craftsmen alive today and from the Netflix documentary, “Jiro Dreams of Sushi”.
