Position Overview:

We are seeking an outgoing and friendly individual to join our team as a Counterperson/Picker. In this role, you'll assist customers with their plumbing and heating supply needs while ensuring accurate order picking and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers at the counter with product selection and inquiries

Accurately pick and prepare customer orders

Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workspace

Restock shelves and manage inventory

Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Outgoing and friendly personality

Strong communication and customer service skills

Plumbing experience is welcome but not required

Bilingual skills are a plus, but not mandatory

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
