Supply Chain Distribution Analyst
Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monthly and quarterly business reviews with domestic and international third-party business partners.Conduct data analysis to aid leadership in making informed and accurate business decisions. (Including but not limited to cost/pricing analysis; outsourcing analysis; labor analysis; and more)Implement and manage a gamification initiative to enhance performance transparency and motivate team members.Observe existing processes, suggest enhancements, design, and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.Generate regular data reports for review by leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Support operational teams within the distribution and fulfillment department. Gather feedback on how processes could be improved or automated and create action plans to improve.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination across all supply chain functions.
