About Mustang Week:
Mustang Week is the ultimate gathering for Ford Mustang enthusiasts, featuring a full week of events, meet-ups, and activities that bring together Mustang owners and fans from across the country. Originally established in Myrtle Beach in 2002 and now under the management of Power Automedia, the event continues to grow, offering high-energy experiences and family-friendly entertainment.
We are currently hiring reliable, hard-working, and trustworthy individuals to assist with setting up and tearing down our activation area and merchandise tent. This role is critical to ensuring Mustang Week runs smoothly, and we need a team that is committed to showing up and putting in the effort each day.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and teardown of event infrastructure, including tents, tables, merchandise displays, and signage.
Lift, carry, and transport materials weighing 40+ lbs as needed.
Work efficiently as a team to assemble and secure event structures.
Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
Follow instructions from event coordinators and staff leads.
Be punctual and dependable each scheduled day.
Job Perks:
Pay: $15 per hour

30-minute breaks every 4-6 hours

Work Schedule:
This position requires availability for multiple days leading up to and after the event.
Setup Crew Schedule:
Wednesday, April 23rd: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday, April 24th: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, April 25th: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, April 27th (Teardown Begins): 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Monday, April 28th (Final Teardown): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:
Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying 40+ lbs.
Must be reliable and punctual—we need people who show up and work efficiently.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to take direction and work well in a team.
Must be at least 18 years old.
