Experienced Ecommerce Operation Specialist Open Immediately

We have both part-time and full-time positions available for candidates who understand and with solid ecommerce operations experience, marketplace listings, and order processing. this is long term permanent position instead of short term role

Key Responsibilities:

Experience with creating and managing product listings on marketplace Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, TikTok, and other marketplaces and maintain accurate inventory and pricing across platforms.

Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently using order management systems and shipping platforms (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, Stamps.com, ShipStation).

Understand ecommerce workflows to optimize operations and improve customer experience.

Assist with vendor research, pricing comparisons, and purchasing.

(Bonus) Support basic SEO, social media promotion, and image/video editing.

Requirements:

✅ Meticulous attention to detail—MUST!

✅ Experience in ecommerce order processing and familiarity with shipping software.

✅ Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

✅ Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and vendor research will be a plus.
