Experienced Budtender

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic budtender to join our team. As a budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on cannabis products, and ensuring that our dispensary is clean and organized. Experience working in the cannabis industry is a must.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate cannabis products

Accurately process transactions through our POS system

Keep the dispensary clean and organized

Educate customers on the different strains, products, and methods of consumption

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products

Adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older

Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay is $18 plus tips. The schedule is released two weeks in advance. This is a part-time position with approximately 20-30 hours per week.
