LEAD CABINET INSTALLER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Installer will plan and carryout installations of Custom Cabinetry and Architectural Millwork. Full-time position.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Fit and install high end cabinetry and architectural woodworking at highest level of quality and integrity

Bring all tools required for job in good working condition and insure borrowed tools and extra supplies are returned to shop in orderly fashion

Coordinate and assist with pick-ups/deliveries/installations

Participate in shop production/scheduling and job site meetings as required

Address inquires to/from job site Owners, Managers, Architects and Designers

Send in requests for plans, information, instructions, materials, supplies, special tooling

Schedule/coordinate time with cabinetmakers and project managers to see work while still at shop

Communicate schedule daily and sequence according to other trades schedules

Ensure installations/surrounding areas are covered and protected properly

Clean up worksite after each day

Fill out and submit timesheets daily

Complete jobs including punch-listing

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years minimum experience as installer of Cabinet and Architectural Millwork

Proficient in reading and comprehending shop drawings, architectural plans and written specifications of: hardware, appliances, lighting/electrical, plumbing, etc.

Ability to lay-out cabinets on-site and understand conditions

Knowledge of all cabinet making and installation tools/equipment and ability to use job specific tools to install cabinetry, hardware and trim

Proficient English communication skills - both written and verbal

Multitasker - must have ability to manage more than one project

Ability to adhere and adjust to job schedules and deadlines

Think proactively - take initiative - be part of the team

Must have transportation and smartphoneinstallation projects are mainly on LA westside

DELIVERY DRIVER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Driver will assist with loading, unloading, and transporting custom millwork to job-sites in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Load / unload materials and furniture

Make deliveries to job-sites

Practice safe driving and vehicle operations

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience loading, unloading, handling millwork

Able to lift and carry heavy materials

Proficient English communication skills - both written and verbal

Punctual, safe and experienced driver, clean record

Must have reliable transportation and smartphone

Provide own vehicle a plus!

CNC ENGINEER, OPERATOR, PROGRAMMER

JOB DESCRIPTION

CNC Engineer, Operator and Programmer for high-end Custom Cabinetry and Architectural Millwork Company.

Full-time position.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operating and Programming

Work in collaboration with Project Management & Production team

Be informed about jobs schedule and expectations: client, architect, designer, GC, etc.

Verify dimensions, identify and rectify issues with project managers prior to running programs

Follow Company drafting templates and standards

Running and Operating of CNC

Use of AutoCAD, B-Solid, and/or other softwares

Set up machine for various tasks, including: Nesting, Pods, 5-Axis

Offer creative solutions

Know how to write programs independently

Understand woodworking and take pride in work

Maintain machine and tools

Calibrates machine and tools and remains in close communication with office

Deals with tech services

Shop and Office

Attend weekly production and scheduling meetings

Work with, interact, and collaborate with our team in the shop and office

Write and respond to all emails promptly and professionally

Assist with IT support for software

Work on/order samples, templates, and prototypes

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years minimum experience in cabinetmaking and drafting

3+ years minimum experience programming and operating CNC machinery

Proficient English communication skills - both written and verbal

Proficient in reading and comprehending shop drawings and architectural plans

Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or other drafting software - iX woodCAD|CAM, EnRoute, Biesse Works, B-Solid

Multitasker - must have ability to manage more than one project

Ability to adhere and adjust to job schedules and deadlines

Be observant, proactive, take notes, ask questions and make recommendations

Must have reliable transportation and smartphone
