Job Title: Part-Time Personal Business Assistant (Mostly Remote)
Job Overview:
I’m seeking a reliable and highly organized Part-Time Personal Business Assistant to provide support to an African American executive and Mother, assisting with both home and work life. This is a mostly remote position, initially offering 15-20 hours per week, with the potential for more hours as the business expands. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, a fast learner, and an even quicker thinker who can adapt quickly to changing demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal and professional schedules, including appointments, meetings, and daily tasks.
- Assist with administrative duties such as managing emails, drafting correspondence, and organizing documents.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Assist with both personal and business-related tasks to ensure a balanced and efficient daily routine.
- Think quickly and provide solutions to various challenges as they arise.
- Help manage time and priorities for both work and personal commitments.
- Provide general organizational support to streamline day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
