Keep Your Practice! 1099 Immigration Attorney

We are looking for an experienced attorney who is excited to work with us and is ready to make a difference in the lives of our clients. We offer comprehensive legal services to individuals, families, and businesses navigating the complexities of immigration processes.

The attorney must have at least 5 years of experience. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Ability to communicate with the client, on the regular basis, regarding their cases.

Ability to manage their case load and meet set deadlines.

Responsible for keeping up to date on all legal issues that can impact our clients directly or indirectly.

Ability to formulate creative legal strategies within the framework of all governmental and other regulations, laws and related policies, to provide our clients with the best legal advice possible.

Will be required to draft motions, review and file cases, prepare briefs and memorandums of law as needed.

Conduct legal research as needed.

Create a legal strategy for the client's case from beginning to end.
