EXPERIENCED BARISTA'S NEEDED

Looking for experienced barista's to work Part-time or Full-time

Responsibilities and duties

Greet customers

Take orders and process payments

Make and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks

Prepare food like sandwiches and baked goods

Clean and sanitize work areas, seating, and equipment

Ensure the cafe is fully stocked

Notify management of shortages

Maintain a calm demeanor during busy times

Skills

Technical knowledge of coffee and other coffee shop products

Customer service and communication skills

Ability to work with a team

Ability to adhere to recipes and presentation standards

Training

Most baristas receive on-the-job training

Short courses are available to learn the basics of coffee-making

Qualifications

A high school diploma is good, but not required!

Baristas need an in-depth understanding of coffee and espresso drinks

Lead barista

Engages with customers, makes drinks and food, processes payments, and organizes the sales floor
