Dental CAD/CAM Technician Leaders

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:Perform milling machine and other equipment preventative maintenance and repairsTroubleshoot repairs with CAM programs via phone and emailPerform CAM for Full Arch and other complex restoration millingsPerform dental model digital scanning with 3Shape scanning systemKeep all milling machines milling until queues are emptyResponsible for the timely loading and unloading of millsResponsible for understanding and monitoring the software of all milling machinesEnsure quality control standards for cases are maintainedAccept, download and process Inter Oral Scans (IOS) casesDesign digital models for 3D printing production, then post-process and articulate printed modelsPost-process and articulate printed modelsAssist surgical guide production with nesting, printing, post-processing using ultrasonic cleaning, and curing equipment, grinding, and polishingAssist in skills training of new team membersAll other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
