Maintenance assistant

Year round maintenance assistant for 96 unit apartment complex. Part time hours Monday to Friday 10 am to 3 pm. Duties include lawn and landscape maintenance, indoor and outdoor painting, and minor repairs to buildings and apartments. Position is year round with availability on weekends for snow removal in winter. Experience preferred but willing to train. Email with contact info or call for an interview.
