Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time or Part-Time

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician

Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the patient's physician or the supervising RN

Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs and how to manage their conditions

Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed

Document patient care and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Areas that we cover include: Harrisburg, Middletown, Hummelstown, Hershey, Camp Hill, Carlisle, York, and Lebanon PA.
