Electrician/ Mechanic

Here at Donald millers electric we are a quality driven residential electrical company.

We are looking for a competent mechanic level electrician to join our team. Someone who understands the importance of teamwork, takes pride in their work, and maintains a high level of professionalism at all times. We are a well established company that has remained a fixture of our community for over 20 years with a reputation for honesty, quality, and integrity. These three words are vital in delivering our service while creating true tradesmen!

Applicants must have “old work” experience and their own hand tools as well as a valid drivers license that is in good standing with reliable transportation. Good communication skills are also a must.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-performing a variety of electrical tasks in clients’ homes up to full rewiring of homes as well as services including utility connections.

-overseeing the work of those on your crew.

-reporting daily to supervisor and keep an open line of communication about the job(s).

-maintain good working relationships with any outside contractors.

-manage workflow and delegate tasks and responsibilities accordingly to ensure deadlines are met.

-create and submit accurate and thought out material lists to supervisor.

-keep an accurate job log.

-track work times of all crew members on time cards and submit to supervisor at end of pay period.

Starting pay is $20-25/hr depending on experience-for first 90 days. After that, pay will be negotiated based on performance.
