Job Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming, patching) for painting

Apply paint, stains, and coatings with precision and efficiency

Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety guidelines and company standards

Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum [3] years of professional painting experience

Skills: Knowledge of different paints, coatings, and application techniques

Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Must be punctual, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
