After School Leader (part time)Compass Collegiate Academy is accepting applications for K-4 After School Leaders. Note: Positions are part time and will be scheduled for a few hours per day in the afternoons, likely 3:00 - 5:30 on M,T,Th,F, and from 1:30 - 5:30 on Wednesdays. Role ExpectationsCCA is looking for dedicated professionals to lead and supervise activities in our extended day program. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, have experience working with children, and be committed to CCA's mission and values.Responsibilities include:Transition scholars from dismissal to the after school classroom in accordance with the CCA wayPlan meaningful activities, directed by the leadership of the After School Program CoordinatorJoyfully engage scholars in activities that build relationships and engage their creativityDistribute snack and ensure adherence to CDC and CCA guidelines Take responsibility for safe and compliant pick up for each scholar in accordance to CCA policiesCommunicate openly, honestly, regularly, and effectively with families, scholars, and CCA staffAttend school wide functions and community events as requested.K-4 After School Leaders will perform other duties as required to achieve the school’s mission.
