NOW HIRING PLUMBER/HANDYMAN

Phan Property Management, a property management and all real estate services serving 30 years in Los Angeles and Orange county. We currently have an immediate opening for a plumber/handyman.

Job Description:

Unclog mainline and all plumbings like replacement of toilet, kitchen sink, vanity sink, and bathtubs. Additionally, other general maintenance duties may be assigned include painting, patching, carpentry, flooring, and some electrical.

Minimum three years of experiences. Salary will be $25-35/hr. based on experience. We have full time position, part time, or as needed. We are looking for a dedicated individual who has a passion in plumbing and general maintenance. Benefit will include two weeks paid vacation, five days sick leave, and major holiday paid per year for permanent employee.
