Window Canvassers

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will be setting Free Window/Siding estimates with homeowners. You just set the appointment, And we do the rest Compensation: Commission based: (Average Canvasser makes $40k-$50k) But some of our top canvassers make 90k+

This job requires traveling with your own vehicle twice a month. Usually for 4 to 8 days out of town. We pay for your hotel room (You get your own room) as well as Reimbursement for Fuel expenses.

Commission Only position . When the sales rep Sales one of your leads. We pay you 10% of the sale price. (Capped at $1400) Average sales are $12,000+

On average our canvassers get 3 sales per trip. So that's roughly $4200 for usually less then a week of work

Duties:

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify older windows. Engage with residents and offer a Free no-obligation estimate on windows/siding.

Utilize strong customer service skills to build rapport and trust with homeowners

Maintain accurate records of homeowner info. Name, address, phone number. ect

Presentable appearance. Friendly and professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or door-to-door canvassing is preferred. But willing to train right individual.

Good communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills related to marketing and community engagement.

Must have a drivers license. And your own vehicle.
