We are looking for the right person to root our new coffee program and set a standard of quality espresso drinks, responsibility, positive atmosphere and customer service.

Our establishment is dedicated to providing top-notch entertainment, delicious drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our patrons coming back for more.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a diverse range espresso drinks, coffee and be able to communicate about prepare our signature cocktails, craft beers, and classic favorites.

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for everyone.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.

- Collaborate with fellow baristas and the rest of the team to ensure efficient service during busy hours.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.

- Contribute to the venue's vibrant atmosphere by maintaining a positive attitude and interacting with guests and performers alike.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a barista, with a strong understanding of drink preparation, organization and warm people skills.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated integrity and honesty, ensuring responsible alcohol service to all guests.

- Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to being present for scheduled shifts.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize, even during peak hours.

- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
