Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Solar Installers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in solar panel installation and a strong work ethic. As part of our team, you’ll be working on commercial and residential solar projects with plenty of work to keep you busy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties.

- Work with the team to ensure high-quality, efficient, and safe installations.

- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on every job site.

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a solar installer or in a related field is required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a must.

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
